Most online weight-loss pharmacies give their biggest discount on the first order only. Your second order costs the normal repeat price. You are a new customer at every pharmacy you have not used. What to check first when you leave each provider

Compare Mounjaro, Wegovy and Foundayo prices before you switch
Check Monj for Mounjaro, iGovy for Wegovy injections, Ogovy for Wegovy tablets and Dayo for Foundayo. Pick the lowest first-order price at a pharmacy you have not used. Then ask that pharmacy to confirm the total for your dose and pack. A first-order discount is one line of the sum.

What to send the new pharmacy when you switch
- Label photo: photograph the real dispensing label (the pharmacy sticker on your box).
- Treatment history: write down an accurate treatment history.
- Any gap: explain any gap between doses.
- Old subscription: confirm the old subscription is cancelled.
Start the new consultation at least a week before your next dose is due. Cancel the old subscription once the new order is approved.
