Numan rolling, prepaid or commitment package: which do you have?

Numan’s product terms split packages into three types: rolling, prepaid and commitment. You can leave a commitment package early only in the cases the terms list, or under your legal rights.

Where early exit applies, you pay the current billing-cycle payment. You may also pay £15 for each cycle not yet delivered, plus a £30 admin fee. Paying the fee does not give you a free right to leave.

Ask Numan for a written quote and the terms for your package. Turning off a future renewal does not end a commitment you are in now. If you have health worries about the treatment, tell the clinical team honestly. Do not keep taking a treatment which does not suit you because of payments.

Leaving Numan after your first month

Your first discounted payment at Numan is a new-customer price. After the first order, you pay Numan’s normal repeat price. At every pharmacy you have not used, you are still a new customer.

So the saving on your next order usually sits at a new pharmacy. Compare first-order prices on the sites below and pick one you have never ordered from. Read how to switch pharmacy every month and pay the new-customer price each time.

Check your package first. On a commitment package, the exit fee can be bigger than the saving. In that case, switch when the commitment ends.

Use the comparison site for the medicine your prescriber has already agreed. Look at the next total you would pay first. Then check the price after any new-customer offer. These sites help you research prices. They give you no reason to change treatment.

Before you order, check stock, eligibility, delivery fees, repeat prices and any minimum term with the pharmacy. A price on a comparison site is no personal quote. How to switch from Numan in six steps

1. Note where you stand. Save the next quote, payment date, order status and any contract end date.
2. Compare the same medicine and pack. Use the comparison site above, then get the new pharmacy’s full quote.
3. Check the new pharmacy. Confirm it is registered, has support you can reach and can assess your situation. Use our guide to checking a pharmacy.
4. Get your evidence ready. Take a photo of the dispensing label (the pharmacy sticker on your box) and gather any records asked for. Give your real dose dates and any gaps in treatment.
5. Agree the next prescription and delivery. Ask when the next order can arrive. Changing pharmacy does not change your dose by itself.
6. Close the old account. Cancel before the deadline, confirm the final charge and avoid duplicate orders. Keep the written reply.

Approval at the new pharmacy and Numan’s cancellation deadline may not line up. Start the new consultation at least a week before your next dose is due, and raise timing with both sides early. Never change your dose dates to fit a discount code.

How to download your Numan prescription PDF

Numan’s help page says you can download an approved prescription from your account. Pick the product, find Copy of prescription, then download the PDF. Save the latest one. Check the medicine, strength and dates match what you tell the new pharmacy.

The PDF shows what was prescribed. Your dose diary shows what you took. Send both when asked, above all if a delay or pause makes the two differ. Share health records only through the new pharmacy’s own checked process.

Numan repeat prices: use your own quote

Numan’s pricing help page says existing patients may keep a price while they stay on the same dose. A dose change can move you to current pricing. The page lists injections as 28-day packs and tablets as 30-day packs. People switching to Numan from elsewhere are offered commitment packages instead of the one-month rolling option.

Use the price shown for your own account. A quote for another customer group may not apply to you. If you are joining Numan, check the plan first. Do not assume you can try one order and move on.

Will leaving Numan save you money?

Net saving = cost of staying − cost at the new pharmacy − extra costs of moving. Compare the next order, and a longer stretch covering any commitment. The cost worksheet helps you set out the figures.

Message to send Numan before you switch

Please confirm my package type, what is left of my commitment, my renewal setting and when I can end the package. Please tell me the full amount I would pay and the date my exit would take effect.

Send the message through Numan’s official contact channel. Keep price and cancellation replies with your order records. Send health details through the clinical team’s own channel. A question does not cancel anything, so wait for written confirmation.
