PRICE COMPARISON BY TREATMENT

Pick the comparison site
for your treatment.

Pick your medicine below. You get the comparison site we suggest and a guide to using it, with the checks behind each listing.

Find the lowest first-order price at a pharmacy you have not used

Most online weight-loss pharmacies give their biggest discount on your first order only. Your second order costs the normal repeat price. You are a new customer at every pharmacy you have not used. On each comparison site, sort by the price for your dose and pick a pharmacy you have never ordered from. Read how to switch pharmacy every month and pay the new-customer price safely.

How we chose these sites.

Pharmacy Hopper does not share an owner with these sites and is not paid for recommending them. Monj, iGovy, Ogovy and Dayo belong to the Medstack network. Some of their links out to pharmacies earn commission. We judged the comparison features and policies each site publishes. We have not audited every pharmacy or tested prices across the whole market.

How we picked Monj, iGovy, Ogovy and Dayo

We looked for a clear focus on one medicine and useful price views. We also wanted a published method for checking pharmacies and a plain account of how each site makes money. Each guide shows the evidence and the questions to ask the pharmacy. This is our own short list. We did not score every comparison site.

Check the pharmacy and the full price before you order

Know who is supplying you

Check which pharmacy sends your medicine, its official registration, who runs the website and how to reach a clinician. A comparison site’s badge helps only when you know what the badge covers.

Know what you will pay

Compare the same dose and pack. Add every fee you have to pay and look at the repeat price. Check for repeat billing (a subscription) before you enter card details.

How to compare prices and switch pharmacy

  1. Open the guide for the medicine your prescriber has already agreed with you.
  2. Build a shortlist on its comparison site, and read how the site checks pharmacies.
  3. Confirm with the pharmacy its current total, transfer policy, support and payment terms.
  4. Get your evidence ready: a photo of your original dispensing label (the pharmacy sticker on your box) and an accurate treatment history.
  5. Put it in writing: agree the next steps and settle old renewals.

Comparison sites compare pharmacies. The pharmacy and its prescriber do the health check and send the medicine. A ranking is not a prescription. A ranking does not hold stock for you or guarantee safety. Prices and policies can change after a table is checked.

Research checked 6 October 2026. Pharmacy Hopper has no live price feed, so check the price on the comparison site before you order.
