To switch from Juniper, first check whether you have a standard subscription or Commit & Save. Ask Juniper in writing for the exit cost and renewal cut-off. Then find a lower first-order price at a pharmacy you have not used, start the new consultation early and cancel Juniper once the new order is approved.

If your Juniper repeat price no longer fits your budget, compare it. A past discount does not make the next order good value. Leaving a commitment early can cost money, so put the exit quote next to the new pharmacy’s price.
What to check before you leave Juniper
Ask for the exit cost before you move. A Commit & Save discount can turn into a charge if you leave early.
- Check your plan
- Standard subscription or Commit & Save, and your renewal date.
- Gather first
- Your treatment history, the latest dispensing label (the pharmacy sticker on your box) and your current treatment plan.
- Cost trap
- Forgetting the Commit & Save repayment when you add up the saving.
Leaving Juniper after your first month for a cheaper order
Most online weight-loss pharmacies give their biggest discount on the first order only. You are a new customer at every pharmacy you have not used. So your cheapest next order is often at a pharmacy you have never ordered from.
Use the price table below to find the lowest first-order price for your medicine. Then read how to switch pharmacy every month safely and honestly.
On Commit & Save, price the exit first. A new-customer saving only counts when the saving is bigger than what Juniper charges you to leave.
Juniper Commit & Save: what leaving early costs
Juniper’s Commit & Save terms cover three-order and six-order weight plans. If you cancel early, or make an applicable downgrade, you may have to repay the discounts on orders you have received, plus £50. Cancel by 11:59pm three days before renewal. This stops a further commitment term starting.
Juniper’s cancellation page gives hello@myjuniper.co.uk as the address for requests. The page treats ending a subscription and sorting out a single order as two separate things. Your plan terms and the version you accepted both count. Ask Juniper to put the amount, the last order and the end date in writing.
Compare Juniper prices on Monj, iGovy, Ogovy and Dayo
Use the site for the medicine your prescriber has already agreed. Look first at the next total you will pay. Then check the first-order price at pharmacies you have not used. These sites help you research prices. They give no reason to change treatment.

How to switch from Juniper in six steps
- Note where you stand. Save the next quote, payment date, order status and any contract end date.
- Compare the same order. Use the right comparison site above, then get the new pharmacy’s full quote.
- Check the new pharmacy. Confirm its registration, its support and whether it can assess your situation. Use our provider-checking guide.
- Prepare real evidence. Gather the dispensing-label photo and any records asked for. Give your real dose dates and explain any treatment gaps.
- Agree the dose and delivery. Ask about the next prescription and when the order can realistically arrive. Moving pharmacy does not change your dose by itself.
- Close the old plan. Meet the cancellation deadline, confirm the final charge and avoid duplicate orders. Keep the written outcome.
Approval at the new pharmacy and Juniper’s cancellation deadline may not line up. Raise the timing early with both. Do not expect a same-day handover. Never change your treatment dates to fit a discount code.
Juniper treatment records to request before you leave
Keep a real photo of your latest dispensing label and a list of your real treatment dates. The new prescriber (the doctor, nurse or pharmacist who approves your medicine) may want a treatment summary or your starting measurements. Ask Juniper for these before you close any account access you may need.
Include symptoms, breaks and any recent prescribing decision. Ending a subscription is an admin step. The end date does not set your next dose date or decide what a new prescriber should prescribe.
Leave Juniper now or at the end of your commitment
Make two columns. In the first, write the cost of moving now, including the confirmed exit charge. In the second, write the cost of finishing your commitment and moving at the agreed end. Compare the same period and the same medicine.
Set a reminder before the confirmed renewal cut-off. Do not wait for the last delivery to find out whether a new term starts by itself. If cost or side effects make the plan wrong for you, contact Juniper’s clinical and support teams promptly.
If Juniper offers a discount to stay, ask whether the offer changes your commitment. A lower next payment helps. The offer does not tell you how long the saving lasts. Use the retention-offer checklist.
Will leaving Juniper save you money?
Net saving = cost of staying − cost at the new pharmacy − extra costs of moving. Compare the next order and a longer period covering any commitment. The cost worksheet helps you set out the figures.
Say the confirmed extra cost of leaving is £90. The new pharmacy saves £35 on each matching order. Two orders save £70, still £20 short of the exit cost. Three orders save £105, leaving you £15 ahead. These invented figures are not a Juniper quote. A new welcome discount may not last for all three orders.
Count only real extra costs. Do not count money already spent twice, treat unused referral credit as cash or assume a future discount will exist. The Juniper discounts and repeat-cost guide covers pricing in more detail.
Message to send Juniper before you move
Please confirm whether I have Commit & Save, its end and renewal dates, and the full charge for ending now compared with ending at the normal end date. Please also confirm which subscription and current order my request affects.
Send the message through Juniper’s official contact channel. Keep price and cancellation replies with your order records. Send health details to the clinical team. Asking for this information does not cancel your plan.
Frequently asked questions
How do I switch from Juniper after my first month?
Check your Juniper plan type and ask for the exit cost in writing. Compare first-order prices at pharmacies you have not used on Monj, iGovy, Ogovy or Dayo. Confirm the new pharmacy’s total price and consultation needs, then cancel Juniper by 11:59pm three days before renewal.
Can I leave Juniper without a charge if I pay monthly?
Not always. Paying Juniper monthly does not rule out an exit charge. Check your plan and ask Juniper for the full amount due on exit before you count another pharmacy’s price as a saving.
What does cancelling Juniper Commit & Save early cost?
Juniper’s Commit & Save terms say early cancellation, or an applicable downgrade, can mean repaying the discounts on orders you received, plus £50. Cancel by 11:59pm three days before renewal to avoid a further commitment term.
Will leaving the Juniper app stop billing?
No. Do not rely on leaving the Juniper app to stop payments. Juniper’s stated cancellation method is a request to hello@myjuniper.co.uk. Keep written confirmation of the subscription end date and any final order.
Should I wait until my Juniper commitment ends before comparing prices?
No. You can compare prices now. Once you know the next Juniper price, the exit quote and the end date, you can weigh leaving Juniper now against moving at the end of your commitment.
