WHAT THE SITE DOES AND DOES NOT DO

What Pharmacy Hopper
can help with.

Pharmacy Hopper helps you organise your questions, evidence and cost comparisons. We do not supply healthcare or medicines.

Pharmacy Hopper gives general UK information only

Everything here is general information for people in the UK. We do not give personal medical, legal or financial advice. Get professional advice for your own situation. Do this above all before you change treatment or rely on a right in a contract.

How far you can rely on our prices, calculators and provider details

Our calculators use only the numbers you type in. They do not check a quote, a discount or how long a pack lasts. They do the sums on cost and say nothing about whether a medicine suits you. Provider details change, so confirm the current terms with the provider. A source or provider link is not an endorsement. A link does not promise you can get treatment there.

Do not use Pharmacy Hopper to make medical decisions

Do not change a dose, restart after a break, swap one medicine for another or mix treatments because of this site. Use a legitimate prescribing and dispensing service. Give the service full and accurate information. If you need urgent medical help, get help straight away. Do not contact a comparison site instead.

Example dispensing label and message templates

The dispensing label image (the pharmacy sticker on a box) is a teaching example with no real patient details. The image is not a prescription. Do not send the image as evidence. Our message templates are suggestions. Change them to fit you and send them through the provider’s real contact channel.

Current limits: no clinician sign-off and no live prices

No clinician has signed off the content. The site has no live price feed, no public way for readers to send in reports and no editorial contact inbox. A check date shows when we did the research. A check date does not guarantee a policy is still the same.
