Check your Voy plan length first

A welcome price can make the first delivery look cheap. The bigger decision is what you pay later. Find your exact plan in your order confirmation. A one-month rolling subscription and a longer commitment are different money decisions, even when both take regular payments.

Voy’s weight-loss terms say plans renew automatically. On a one-month plan, cancel at least one day before the next scheduled order to stop the order being created. Longer plans have a different exit process. Leaving early can bring a fee covering discounts and admin. Voy says it confirms the fee before processing. Leave a margin before the deadline and check the terms you accepted.

Ask Voy for the next-order price in writing

Get a written quote for the same prescribed medicine, strength and length of supply after any introductory discount. Compare the quote with another pharmacy’s full quote, including delivery and any required services. A percentage-off banner is not enough. You need the price before the discount and the price after the discount ends.

Ask whether a lower price needs a new commitment. If support offers a discount to stay when you ask about cancelling, check which orders the discount covers. Check too whether accepting changes your plan end date. An offer helps only when the total and the conditions suit you.

Voy early cancellation fee: price the exit first

On a longer plan, ask Voy for the exact cost and end date if you leave early. Ask what you would pay if you stayed until the normal cancellation point. You then have two real options to compare. Do not assume “cancel” means “free to leave today”.

Say a cheaper quote elsewhere saves £25 per matching order. A made-up £100 exit charge would take four of those savings to win back, before other costs. These figures are an example and are not Voy’s fee. A short remaining term or a different support package may change the answer.

Get written confirmation of your Voy cancellation

Use Voy’s stated contact channel and ask for written confirmation. Ask which delivery will be the last, whether an order has already been created and when regular charges end. Cancelling your card or payment method does not end the agreement.

Keep the health and billing conversations linked. The clinical team needs to know about changes in your health or symptoms. You need a clear record of what happens to your money. Never keep taking a treatment which is wrong for you to finish a discounted package. Speak to the prescriber about how to end the plan.

When switching from Voy saves money

Switching after an offer ends makes sense when:

• The new total is lower once the new pharmacy confirms the price.
• Your Voy agreement allows a sensible exit.
• The new prescriber can carry on your treatment with no gap.

Compare from today onwards. Money already spent on a finished order does not make the next order better value.

Ask for your treatment records and prepare a real dispensing-label photo. Tell the new pharmacy about your real use, gaps and side effects. Joining another pharmacy does not cancel your Voy agreement. Get written confirmation of the final charge, the cancellation date and the status of any order in progress.
