MedExpress refer a friend code and discounts for repeat orders

MedExpress refer-a-friend and discount codes cover a first order. Check the repeat price, payment timing and how to cancel before you switch.

THE SHORT ANSWER

The MedExpress refer-a-friend discount covers a referred customer’s first-ever eligible order only, so a code will not cut your repeat price. MedExpress takes subscription payments one to three working days before dispatch, so check your next total early. For a cheaper next order, compare first-order prices at a pharmacy you have not used.

Looking for a MedExpress refer-a-friend code? Switch instead

A MedExpress referral discount works on your first-ever eligible order only. If you already order from MedExpress, a code from a Facebook group or forum will not lower your next bill.

You are still a new customer at every pharmacy you have not used. Check Monj for the lowest first-order Mounjaro price, or the right site in the list at the end of this page. Pick a pharmacy you have not used. Or use a friend’s referral link for a pharmacy you have never ordered from. Read why switching beats hunting for codes.

How to switch from MedExpress step by step

Our guide to switching from MedExpress covers the steps, records, cancelling and price comparisons for each medicine.

MedExpress referral codes: never pay more to reward a referrer

Count a referral as a saving only when you get a confirmed discount and the final price still beats other pharmacies. A normal price elsewhere may be lower. Read the referral savings handbook for checks, credit values and repeat-cost examples.

MedExpress welcome discount versus the repeat price

MedExpress’s discount guidance says the referral discount applies to a referred customer’s first-ever eligible MedExpress order. Do not budget for the same saving on later orders.

Write down two figures: the total after the discount and the normal repeat quote for the same prescribed order. If another offer appears, check its own conditions. First-order, referral and targeted offers do not always work the same way. Never open a second account or give a false treatment history to qualify.

When MedExpress takes subscription payments

MedExpress takes payment one to three working days before dispatch. MedExpress’s GLP-1 subscription guide says so, and changes are limited once the order is created. You can reschedule an order, but there is no pause function. Check the payment and order dates in your account. Do not wait for a delivery email.

Set your own reminder with time to contact support. Weekends and bank holidays do not count as working days, so “a few days before” may differ from a few working days. Moving an order date does not mean changing when you take your medicine.

How to cancel a MedExpress subscription

Cancel in My subscriptions in your MedExpress account. MedExpress’s cancellation guide points you there. To stop the next delivery, act before the order is prepared. An order already prescribed or dispatched may not be cancellable. Ask support about an order in progress. Do not assume the subscription button refunds the order.

Keep the confirmation and check the future schedule matches your request. If you meant to buy once, check whether you have an active subscription at all.

Leaving MedExpress after the discount: compare the totals

Compare MedExpress’s confirmed next-order total with the same order elsewhere. Add delivery, compulsory charges and the cost of any overlapping order. Ask the new pharmacy whether it can see you in time, and what happens to your payment if its prescriber says no.

If the new total is lower and the move fits your treatment plan, switching makes sense. Two orders at once or unanswered health questions change the sums. Paying for one avoidable extra order can cancel out a modest discount.

Records to gather before you leave MedExpress

Gather these while you can still log in: your real treatment dates, a real label photo and any prescribing history. Send records only through the new pharmacy’s verified process. Explain any gap honestly. A purchase receipt does not show when you took a dose.

When switching from MedExpress saves money

Switching after an offer ends makes sense if the next pharmacy’s confirmed total is lower and your plan lets you leave sensibly. The new prescriber also needs to keep your treatment going with no gap. Compare from today onwards. Money already spent does not make the next MedExpress order better value.

Ask for your treatment records and prepare a real photo of your dispensing label (the pharmacy sticker on your box). Tell the new pharmacy about your real use, any gaps and any side effects. Joining a new pharmacy does not cancel MedExpress. Get written confirmation of the final charge, the cancellation date and any order in progress.

Leave decisions about stopping, restarting or changing treatment to your prescriber. Never place two orders for the same month or invent details to get a new-customer offer. Work through our switch-after-a-discount checklist before you move.

Where to compare Mounjaro, Wegovy and Foundayo prices

Use the comparison site for your medicine. Then confirm the pharmacy’s current total and terms. Pharmacy Hopper gets no payment for recommending these sites.

Read why we recommend these sites as starting points. A listing does not promise acceptance, stock or the lowest price everywhere.

Frequently asked questions

Does a MedExpress refer-a-friend code work on repeat orders?

No. MedExpress’s discount guidance says the referral discount applies to a referred customer’s first-ever eligible MedExpress order. Budget on the normal repeat quote, or compare first-order prices at a pharmacy you have not used.

When does MedExpress take payment for a GLP-1 subscription?

MedExpress’s GLP-1 subscription guide says payment is taken one to three working days before scheduled dispatch. Changes are limited once the order is created, so check your next MedExpress order early.

Can I pause a MedExpress subscription?

No. MedExpress treats rescheduling and pausing as different things and says there is no pause function. Moving an order date does not mean changing when you take your medicine.

How do I cancel a MedExpress subscription?

MedExpress points subscribers to My subscriptions in their account. Act before an order is prepared, because an order already prescribed or dispatched may not be cancellable. Keep the confirmation and check the future schedule.
