Most online weight-loss pharmacies give their biggest discount on the first order only. Your second order costs the normal repeat price. You are a new customer at every pharmacy you have not used. Pick the lowest first-order price at a pharmacy you have not used. Then ask that pharmacy to confirm the total for your dose and pack. A first-order discount is one line of the sum.

## What to send the new pharmacy when you switch

- Label photo: photograph the real dispensing label (https://pharmacyhopper.co.uk/guides/prescription-label-photo/) (the pharmacy sticker on your box).
- Treatment history: write down an accurate treatment history (https://pharmacyhopper.co.uk/guides/treatment-history/).
- Any gap: explain any gap between doses (https://pharmacyhopper.co.uk/guides/treatment-gaps/).
- Old subscription: confirm the old subscription is cancelled (https://pharmacyhopper.co.uk/guides/cancel-subscription/).

Start the new consultation at least a week before your next dose is due. Cancel the old subscription once the new order is approved.
